11.00;  Senior Ladies Division 1

(Two large laps), Start-A-B-C-D-E-A-B-C-D-E-Finish.  Not less than 8km.

12.00;  U15/17 girls

(One large lap), Start-A-B-C-D-E-Finish. Not less than 4km.

12.30;  U13 girls

(One small lap), Start-A-B-D-E-Finish. Approx. 3km.

1.00;    Senior Ladies Division 2

(Two large laps), Start-A-B-C-D-E-A-B-C-D-E-Finish. Not less than 8km.

 Toilets (T) and cafe at the Windmill carpark a five or ten minute jog from the start. 

First Aid at the Start/Finish withthe nearest hospital at Kingston.

Course

The course is a mixture of paths, some stony, heathland and woods which can be muddy. Suitable for spikes of trail shoes.There is very limited free parking on The Causeway and meters in other local roads. The carpark at the Windmill gets very full on Saturdays.Train or Croydon Tramlink to Wimbledon, then the 93 bus stopping at the Memorial just past Wimbledon Village.
